Sonic Jobs
Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how Sonic Jobs processes personal data in contact requests, candidate registrations and employer enquiries.
Data controller
Sonic Jobs is the data controller. Its final address, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers must still be added. Questions can be sent to contact@sonicjobs.nl.
Data we process
Contact and identification data, work experience, languages, availability, work preferences, correspondence and documents you provide. For employers, we process company, vacancy and contact details.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer questions, assess and—with consent—introduce candidates, and perform recruitment assignments. Legal bases may include consent, steps before or performance of a contract, and legitimate interests.
Retention
Form submissions and CVs are delivered by email to the business mailbox and are not permanently stored on the web server. Data is retained only as long as needed for its purpose, legal duties and possible disputes. Set final retention periods before public launch.
Recipients and transfers
Data is shared only with relevant employers after appropriate coordination, or necessary service providers under suitable agreements. Transfers outside the EEA take place only with a valid safeguard.
Your GDPR rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object. You may withdraw consent and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures. Do not send special-category or sensitive data unless explicitly necessary and securely arranged.
