Services
Sonic Jobs recruits, screens and introduces candidates. Sonic Jobs is not a temporary staffing agency and does not become the employer of placed candidates.
No job guarantee
Registration or introduction does not guarantee a job, interview or placement. Employers decide independently on selection and employment.
Information
Users must provide correct and current information. Vacancy and candidate details are handled carefully but must be verified by the relevant party.
Employer agreements
Fees, success fee, exclusivity, guarantees and other commercial terms are agreed separately in writing.
Liability and law
Dutch law applies to these services unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through consultation. Statutory and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
